How will my order ship?
Pipemarker.com uses UPS® (United Parcel Service). You can select Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. Ground is the least expensive and transit times vary based on location. To give you an idea of typical UPS® ground transit times consider the following:
- When ships within 100 miles (zone 2) of Garfield, New Jersey it takes approx. one day for delivery.
- And it takes as long as seven days to California.
- Meanwhile, Texas is about 4 days.
The web site only allows for shipping via Brimar's UPS® account. If you need any other method, please call customer service toll free at 800-274-6271 between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
When will my order ship?
Orders for stock items typically ship the same or next day.
Custom orders typically ship within 3 to 5 days regardless of shipping method selected.
Transit time is not included in the lead times stated above because transit times vary so dramatically.
If you need an order to ship by, or arrive by, an specific date we urge you to type in special instructions in the space provided during check out. We'll do our best to exceed your request or attempt to reach you and advise the best we can do.
Can I track my order online?
You can obtain the status of your current orders on the "Order History" under "My Account" page.
If you find a tracking number then you know your order has shipped and you can use this number to lookup tracking information on the "Track Your Order" web page.
Can I ship using my UPS® account?
Web orders can only ship via Pipemarker.com’s UPS® account. All other shipping methods can be accommodated but have to be done off line.
We suggest printing the order created online and faxing it to customer service toll free fax #800-279-6897 or emailing it to sales@pipemarker.com with your request. Or call toll free 800-274-6271 between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
Can I use another freight carrier?
Yes, you can, but only if done directly over the phone or by faxing your order and freight carrier account, because online orders can only ship via UPS®.
All other shipping methods can be accommodated but have to be done off line.

What do I do if a package arrives damaged?
To give you better service when you call Pipemarker.com about damaged packages, please make sure to document damaged package with the carrier before accepting delivery.
All packages are insured, but if damage occurs and it is not documented on delivery, the carrier has the ability to deny the claim.
Pipemarker.com is not responsible for damaged freight, all orders ship FOB Garfield New Jersey.
Once you document the damage with the carrier, contact Pipemarker.com’s customer service toll free at 800-274-6271 between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, and we’ll process your claim.
How do I know Pipemarker.com received my order?
When you check out and place your order you will receive an order confirmation via e mail within a few minutes.
On occasion, a credit card will be disapproved for a variety of reasons. In those situations you can call us toll free 800-274-6271.
Why is international shipping not calculated?
International shipping is not calculated because it varies dramatically and there are special requirements to ship internationally that can’t be processed or addressed online.
Pipemarker.com automatically calculates UPS® rates for USA & Canada only. All other rates have to be quoted. To submit your order, print and fax order at 800-279-6897 or e-mail ( sales@pipemarker.com ) it to us and customer service will contact you with a freight quote.
Why is there no shipping charge?
If your order is shipping outside the USA or Canada freight will have to be quoted.
What do I do if my order doesn't arrive in the prescribed time frame?
Contact customer service toll free at 800-274-6271 between 9:00am & 5:00pm EST, and they would gladly help you track the package for you.
