ANSI / ASME A13.1 2007 requires the direction of pipe content flow to be identified; using EZ Arrows and/or Arrow Banding Tape in conjunction with EZ Pipe Markers will help you comply with this standard. EZ Arrow & Tapes adhere to pipe insulation by peeling back liner off, both are constructed with durable outdoor grade vinyl supplied with an aggressive acrylic adhesive formulated to adhere to a variety of insulated and non-insulated pipe surfaces.

Manufactured with rigid PVC vinyl and printed with UV inks, these markers are available in 2 different formats, Wrap Around (coiled) and Strap On (flat supplied with holes and 2 nylon ties). For pipe diameters 3/4" thru 6", use Wrap Around Markers (Styles A, B, C, D, E); these markers are simply uncoiled by hand and automatically recoil around the pipe; also supplied with a 1/2" wide strip of adhesive which only needs to be released when there is a constant pipe temperature of 120° F or more. For pipe diameters 6" or larger, use Strap On Markers (Styles F, G and H); these markers are installed using nylon ties or S.S. Strapping, Brimar supplies a pair of nylon ties with each of these markers. Advantages of System #1 Pipe Markers: No pipe preparation, 360° visibility, speed of installation, arrows included and overall better appearance.

A larger configuration of Markers on a Roll. These markers come in 30 feet long rolls and are also available in 2 sizes; Style Small is 8" x 30 ft with 3/4" text and approximately 240 legend repetitions (including arrows); the second size is Style Large, which is 12" x 30 ft long with 1-1/4" text and approximately 144 legend repetitions (including arrows). High temperature, chemical and weather resistant makes this marker the most durable you can buy anywhere. UV printed legend is laminated between two layers of polyester, creating an extremely DURABLE product. These Markers are available in 2 ways: flat markers that Wrap Around pipe and markers that are laminated to Black Carrier (Strap On). For pipe diameters 1/2'' thru 7-7/8'', use Wrap Around Markers(Styles 4A, 4B, 4E, 4F); these markers will wrap around pipe and are secured in place by an overlapping clear adhesive strip. For pipe diameters 8'' or larger use Strap On Markers (Styles 4G & 4H); these markers are laminated to a heat and chemical resistant carrier that is then strapped on to pipe with nylon ties or stainless steel strapping, ties and strapping are sold separately.
