This is not a call center; you can speak to the same person each time you call. If they can't answer your question they are backed up by managers with combined experience of 30 years.

Does PipeMarker.com make other products?

If you don’t find the exact product you require we’d be happy to quote on your exact item. More than 50% of PipeMarker.com work is custom.

We pride ourselves in providing solutions, not just products. Our manufacturing includes: screen, flexographic & digital printing, laser & rotary engraving, hot stamping, die cutting and laminating, etc.

How can I get a catalog sent to me?

Can I become a Distributor of PipeMarker.com products?

Can I buy PipeMarker.com products from a local Rep or Distributor in my area?

Yes, if there is one in your area. We have Reps/Distributors in just about every state. Click on the Representative Info link at the bottom of each page and complete the form, or contact customer service toll free at 800-274-6271 between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

Can I request an actual sample of the item I want?

You can purchase a sample of a stock product and then return it; see our Return Policy. The production of a prototype custom product is considered on a case-by-case basis, but many times a prototype is cost-prohibitive. In these situations, we recommend a free sample of material and / or color chips. Contact customer service toll free at 800-274-6271 between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

Can I get a sample of a material or color?

PipeMarker.com has lots of overrun samples of custom products that will serve nicely, if necessary. PipeMarker.com uses the Pantone® Matching System (PMS colors) and we have the ability to send color chips for your review. Will I receive an invoice in the mail?

Not automatically. A printable receipt is available at the end of the checkout process. This receipt contains all information about your order. If you would like an invoice mailed, please request it when you place your order in the special instructions field.

Does PipeMarker.com charge sales tax?

PipeMarker.com collects sales tax in New Jersey. Sales tax is automatically added on to your order during checkout for all orders shipping to New Jersey. If you have a tax exempt certificate, select “tax exempt” when checking out to ensure that tax is removed from your order total, then scan and email your tax exempt certificate to sales@brimar.com or fax it to 800-279-6897 within 24 hours. Your order will not ship until we have received your certificate.

My organization is tax exempt, what information do I need to send?

Scan and email your tax exempt certificate (exempt use, resale, exempt organization, or direct payment) to sales@brimar.com or fax it to 800-279-6897 within 24 hours. Your order will not ship until we have received your certificate. Only New Jersey customers need to send exempt certificates. PipeMarker.com does not collect sales tax in any other state. The web site will not add sales tax unless you ship to an address in New Jersey.

Is there an order minimum for online purchases?

Yes, there is a minimum order of $25.00

How do I know PipeMarker.com received my order?

When you check out and place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail within a few minutes. On occasion, a credit card will not be approved for a variety of reasons. In those situations, you can either call us toll free 800-274-6271 or we'll contact you when your order is reviewed for release into our system.

How do I change an order I submitted to PipeMarker.com online?

Because orders are processed immediately, we are unable to accommodate order changes or cancellations; erroneously ordered items must be returned after delivery.
