Satisfaction Guarantee

Your business is important to us at Brimar. We guarantee that every effort will be made to insure your 100% satisfaction with our products, price, and service. Please contact Brimar via phone, fax or e mail with any questions or concerns, we're happy to help.

Product Warranty

Brimar sells the products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and workmanship at the time of sale. Brimar warrants that each of its products will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. However, the obligation of Brimar under this warranty shall be limited to the requirement that it makes good at Brimar's place of business any part or parts which are returned to Brimar within 30 days from the date of delivery to the purchaser. Such return of the product to Brimar must be made with transportation charges prepaid. Brimar will then examine the product to determine if the product is in fact defective. The aforesaid warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied along with all other obligations or liabilities on the part of Brimar. Brimar does not authorize anyone to obligate Brimar in any way beyond the terms set forth above. Brimar does not warrant any product which it has been the subject of misuse, negligence, accident, repair or alteration which, in the judgment of Brimar, affects the product's stability or reliability.


THE WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY BRIMAR AS REFERRED TO ABOVE SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES. THERE SHALL BE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OR ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF BRIMAR WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE WARRANTIES OF BRIMAR REQUIRE MORE FROM BRIMAR THAN THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY PART OR PARTS WHICH ARE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE WITHIN THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF THE WARRANTY. BRIMAR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.


Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are altered, or modified, without the prior express and written consent of Brimar.

Products Return Policy

  • Custom products cannot be returned unless they were defective at the time of sale.
  • Return of stock product is subjected to a 25% restocking charge.
  • Return Authorization number must be obtained prior to the return of any product.
  • Return Authorization number is obtained by calling or emailing Brimar at sales@pipemarker.com
  • Packages returned without authorization have to be refused. No exceptions.
  • Returnable products can be returned for either product credit or refund.
  • Credit or refund is only available for stock products or defective custom product.
  • Refund or credit will only be issued after return and inspection (approx. 1 to 2 weeks).
  • All returned products are inspected upon receipt to confirm credit or refund amount.
  • Products must be returned within 60 days of sale. No returns after 60 days
  • Products must be in NEW resealable condition to receive a credit or refund.
  • Products damaged in shipment are not covered by warranty.
  • If return freight is lost or damaged in shipment it is not covered by warranty.
  • UPS call tags are provided only on Brimar errors or defective products.

Shortages

Claims for shortages must be made within 30 days from the date of shipment. Claims made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Cancellation

Once an order is placed it goes immediately into production. Therefore, we are unable to accomodate order changes or cancellations; erroneously ordered items must be returned after delivery.

Payment Terms

The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express. Brimar accepts Net 30 day terms with approved credit. Call 800-274-6271 for a credit application.

Shipping & Freight

United Parcel Service (UPS) is the package service used by Brimar. Expedited methods of freight are also available, such as next day air, and second day air. Please specify the shipping method when ordering, or Brimar will ship UPS Ground. Shipping terms are based on the 48 contiguous states. Customer may specify a carrier of their choice. When a customer specifies the carrier to be used no freight insurance is placed on the shipment by Brimar. Brimar is not responsible for lost or damaged freight; please insure your shipments when you specify the carrier.

Shipping Errors

Brimar's error rate is 1/10 of 10%. Brimar will correct any shipping error without cost to the customer, including shipping. A call tag will be sent for the wrong item and a credit will be issued upon its return. Replacement items will be shipped using the same shipping method as the original order. Brimar will not be responsible for the cost of expedited methods of shipping unless the original order shipped in that method.

Products

Brimar reserves the right to change the specifications of its stock products without notice.

Custom Orders

Brimar reserves the right to over or under ship custom products by 10% and adjust invoicing accordingly, unless otherwise specified and agreed to in writing.

Minimum Order

Brimar has a minimum order requirement of $25.00 per shipment. Orders under $25.00 will be subject to a $10.00 handling charge. Order over $25.00 to avoid the $10.00 handling charge.

Privacy Policy

We will never intentionally disclose any personal or business identification information about you or your company that is obtained as you use this web site (such as, for example, your full name, your company name, street address, telephone number, credit card number, or e mail address) to any third party without having received your permission. We may request personal identification information from you in connection with your use of our web site. Our policy is to collect personal identification information from you only if you voluntarily submit such information to us.

We may contact you to confirm your registration and about your account status and regarding changes to the Brimar Terms & Conditions and this Privacy Policy.

We have the following exceptions to these privacy policies: We will release specific information about you or your company or your account to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute or court order.

Security Policy

Although we take careful measures to secure both your information and our physical premises, "perfect security" does not exist on the internet; and our efforts in this regard must necessarily be limited by what is practical in light of our equipment and technology.

Printing of Brimar Logo and Part Number on Stock and Custom Products?

All PipeMarker.com products have the Brimar logo and part number printed in small print on the front of the product. This is for both reordering purposes for the end user and as a recall mechanism to manage the return of product if necessary.

Custom products can be printed without the Brimar logo and part number if requested at the time of ordering.

Stock products can also be printed without the Brimar logo at the time of ordering for an additional charge. If an order for stock product is placed on our website with the request for no logo/part number, the customer will be contacted by our sales team to discuss these extra charges.

Additionally, any stock product ordered without the Brimar logo/part number will be considered a custom product and therefore NOT RETURNABLE.
